Leanne Anderson is a People & Culture and organizational development leader with over a decade of progressive experience supporting organizations across sectors, including technology, gaming, post-secondary education, government, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services.
Leanne supports organizations in designing and implementing people strategies that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise includes leadership and learning program development, performance management frameworks, team effectiveness, and executive and team coaching. She has built and led People & Culture functions within high-growth organizations, partnering closely with executive teams to provide sound HR advice and guidance, establish foundational programs, scale practices through periods of growth, and align people strategies to business objectives. Leanne has led large-scale leadership development initiatives, built competency frameworks, and facilitated programs for leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia. She is known for her thoughtful, strengths-based approach and her ability to design solutions that are both strategic and highly practical. She excels at building trusted relationships with leaders at all levels and creating environments that support growth, accountability, and connection.
Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta, a diploma in Human Resources, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She also holds additional certifications in facilitation, adult learning, and assessment-based development.
