Lauren Munsch is a Senior HR Consultant with over 20 years of experience. She brings a strong generalist background supporting a wide range of industries in multiple geographies, including utilities, public sector organizations, municipalities, financial services, laboratories and not for profits. Lauren has experience locally across Western Canada as well as globally in Singapore.

As a Senior HR Consultant at Impact HR, Lauren thrives with a challenge. By partnering with organizational leadership, Lauren strives to build strength and efficiency within teams. She leads client projects in employee relations, policy development, organizational design, job design/analysis, performance management programs, employee engagement, labour relations/union relations, investigations, as well as employee and leadership development. Lauren also has experience in conflict management (mediation/negotiation) to support teams through conflict, a delicate balance between outcomes and relationships.

With many years of generalist experience to draw on, Lauren can support clients with their day-to-day people needs offering honest, practical and actionable guidance on a wide range of HR challenges. Additionally, Lauren can support longer term, more complex HR strategy-focused projects ranging from engagement to culture to leadership optimization. She is well regarded for her practical, and honest approach instantly bringing credibility to her work.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources and Labour Relations from the University of Lethbridge and a Certificate in Negotiation from ADR Institute of Alberta.
