Joey began her career in Human Resources but quickly found her niche at the intersection of payroll operations and system optimization. Her background gives her a unique edge: she sees how payroll, benefits, and HR systems fit together to support the bigger picture. From leading complex HRIS implementations to designing efficient, compliant payroll functions, Joey is focused on solutions that are both people-centered and performance-driven. Joey holds a bilingual Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) candidate, and is currently completing her Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.
