Respectful workplace policies and training go beyond compliance; they’re about building a culture where every employee feels valued and safe. Through engaging in-person sessions or instructor-recorded online modules, participants gain practical tools to recognize and prevent harassment, discrimination, bullying, and other behaviours that can undermine productivity, morale, and workplace trust.

What our clients are saying
Posted on Robyn LofstrandTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Greg and his team at Impact HR have been instrumental in the expansion of my business. As a solopreneur, I was wearing all the hats and trying to keep everything "in house". After hiring a few contractors, I quickly realized that I needed help with my on boarding process and creating/updating my contracts. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and the resulting documents, which were customized to the exact needs of my business. I will continue to outsource all HR-related projects to Impact, and highly recommend that you do the same! Robyn Lofstrand, owner & RMT Zenith Wellness CoPosted on Glam ArtistryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Greg did work for our company regarding employment agreements. I was delighted by the advice he offered after a thorough review of our business and employment arrangements. He is professional and timely, easy to understand, and offers great education to small business owners. I would highly recommend Greg for H/R needs for your business.Posted on MCL Managed ITTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Impact HR has had and incredible impact on our business. Greg came into our office and help us to setup and produce policy documents, procedures and good practices. We have recommended Impact HR to other businesses and continue to use and promote their services. Truly and must have component for every business made easier by them. Ross A Marasco CEOPosted on Aiden PooleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired an employee for the new year, and contacted impactHR to assist me in creating an employment contract. The individuals at impactHR gave me a lot to consider, asking questions that are important to the employment policies of my company. They quickly created an employment contract on my behalf, with weeks to spare before my employee was to begin work. Overall impactHR was very professional, detailed and efficient, and I would highly recommend them to any small business that is quickly expanding and does not have an in-house HR department.Posted on Charles WongTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Greg and his HR consultants, Sarah and Emily, have essentially become CarePro's outsourced HR department. From assisting with our transition from to a contractor to an employee workforce, implementation of our benefits program, HR information system, payroll system, employee manuals, recruiting, organizational design, and much, much more. I am confident to say that ImpactHR was instrumental in supporting CarePros' growth in the last 9 months. For any small to medium-sized businesses, I would strongly recommend ImpactHR to review your current (and future) HR needs to ensure you are fully prepared for today's dynamic business climate.Posted on Aaron NorrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a small business owner without a background in human resources, we needed some education and guidance regarding our hiring procedures, and developing our company policies and procedures. We reached out to Greg at ImpactHR and he got back to us right away and provided us exactly what we were looking for! Greg prepared a 1 day seminar for our managerial staff to help educate them on the proper way to deal with employee issues such as hiring/terminations, payroll questions, holiday pay, vacation time, etc. Greg was also able to provide us with some documents to help guide us in creating an updated manual for our employees going forward. We will be definitely using his services again in the future, as we continue to grow as an organization! Highly recommended for any small business!Posted on Arri McWattTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used the services at impactHR for our small physiotherapy business. Greg set us up with strategies, policies and procedures to hire, train and terminate employees. He has been available for ongoing consultation as needed and has helped our company immensely with staffing. Myself and my business partner do not have any formal business or HR training and we are finding that having streamlined, set policies and procedures not only saves us time in hiring and training process, but makes our staff much more efficient and makes our business run smoother from top to bottom. I cannot express how helpful this has been for our business and I would recommend Greg and impactHR to all small and large business owners for help with their hiring, training and terminating procedures, and more! Thanks Greg!
