Sophie LeBlanc is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of progressive experience supporting organizations across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Her sector experience spans architecture and design, construction, oil & gas/ resources, forestry, professional services, manufacturing, transportation, human services, and retail.

Sophie specializes in partnering with executive teams to deliver HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results. Her expertise includes HR program development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and compliance with provincial and federal legislation, including pay equity, accessibility, and workplace safety.
